Quick and Easy Spicy Vegetable Soup:

    2 Cans Veg-All Vegetables
2 Cans RANCH STYLE Beans - No substitute
    2 Cans Minestroni Soup
1 (approx. 21 oz) Can Rotel Tomatoes w/Chilis
    1 1/2 Pounds Hamburger-browned with
    1 Onion

Put all ingedients in a crock pot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or you can put in a soup pot and cook on burner for 1 hour. Wonderful, spicy, "heat up your tongue" very nicely soup. You don't have to add water to this soup as you used the liquid in the veggies, Rotel tomatoes and the Ranch Style beans.

Serve with salad and bread sticks or soda crackers work good, too. Delicious and my favorite.

If you don't like the "heat" which isn't too hot, you can use regular canned tomatoes...about 1 quart. Enjoy!

    Thanks,
I love spicy foods. This will be great on a cold winter's day.

Oh! good, Sondra. I think you'll like this soup then. It's so good I call it addictive. Recently I found out it's the stuff in the peppers that make a person want MORE. We make stuffed Jalapeno Peppers and they burn so bad but I can't leave them alone. Nummmmmmers!
