    Hi Ronda,
    just made your cake - absolutely delicious and so easy and quick, not sure if your red delicious apples are the same as ours here but they worked (although they are not real red). I'm telling my friends the recipe came from a fellow quilter in America!!

    Not to sound stupid but, at which point do you add the apples that are soaking? With the dry or wet ingredients or add once this is blended and add with raisins and nuts.....??
