Default Really easy cranberry sauce recipe

Now that turkey day is over here is a great but easy cranberry sauce recipe:
1 bag fresh or frozen cranberries
juice of 1/2 fresh orange
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 cup sugar

cook until the berries burst and it's cooked to the texture you like about 10 or 15 mins.
I tried this for the first time this year and it was a big hit, tart, orangey, but not too much and best of all not a lot of sugar.

I did one with two cans of whole berry cranberry sauce, 1 can of apple pie filling(I cut the apple slices a bit smaller) and I can of pear halves( 14-15oz can) drained and cut into smaller chunks. Mix all together chill and serve. or you could heat it if you prefer. I am using the leftovers as a base for a crunch dessert. I will make an oatmeal brown sugar topping to go with the leftover fruit and then bake until crunchy on top and heated through...
