I am glad to get the info on eggs. I have 2 chickens and get 2 eggs a day. I do not eat 2 eggs every day nore cook with them so unless I can get family to take some, I end of scrambling the older ones for the dogs, cats and parrots. I was never sure how long they keep though. Thanks for the site. Take care.

Thanks for sharing, now I know why some eggs are hard to peel.

A tip I read somewhere said to add salt to water when boiling eggs and they would peel easy. It worked!
