My daughter made the best cake for our Easter Dinner Dessert. Bake a chocolate cake in a 9x13 as directed on package. After it comes out of the over, while still warm, use the handle of a wooden spoon and poke holes all over the cake. Pour one jar of Caramel Ice Cream topping and one can sweetened condensed milk. Let these soak in and the cake has cooled completely, top with cool whip. Crush Heath Candy Bars and sprinkle over the cool whip. It was Deeeliscious! Enjoy!
