Default Red Soup for the Holidaze

This is easy, yummy, & pretty. I like it hot or cold.

Combine:

1 28 oz can of tomatoes
1 15 oz can cooked red beets
2 cloves garlic
1 large can/box broth

Bring to boil & simmer.
Puree & strain.

Top w chopped green herbs, maybe a star-shaped toast, or sour cream.

Thanks for posting! Yes, what kind of broth goes with this the best? I think I'd like to make it. We love soups!
