Well, I made this today and it is a KEEPER!!! We really enjoyed the taste of the two combined............thank you for posting it!!

What size can of cherry pie filling? I believe it comes in 2 sizes.

my Mom would add 1 rhubarb stem to fresh cabbage stew, it adds nice acidic taste

Oh, I miss rhubarb! We always had it growing it in the yard. But since I moved south, nothing, except once in a blue moon when I see it on a restaurant menu and that is always way too sweet. I'm salivating looking at your recipes!
