1 Package Beef Rice A Roni
1 lb of Ground Beef or Chuck
1 cup of Favorite BBQ Sauce
1 can Drained Whole Kernel Corn
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
In large skillet, prepare Rice A Roni according to directions on package. Cook meat and crumble like you would for spaghetti sauce. Drain (I always put in collander and rinse with water. Helps to remove excess grease) Combine the two ingredients. Add BBQ sauce and corn. Simmer in covered skillet on low heat for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Sprinkle the prepared casserole with shredded cheddar cheese, cover and let sit until cheese is melted. Makes a delicious, easy, one dish meal. Serve with a salad or additional vegetable if desired.
