Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Yield: 6-8 Servings
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 teaspoons salt, garlic salt or seasoned salt
1 tablespoon butter, melted or olive oil
Preparation
1.Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2.Take pumpkin seeds straight from pumpkin and clean off somewhat. Can leave some of the stringy insides on.
3.Mix well with seasoning and butter. Spread onto a baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
4.Bake for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Cool and store.
5.Method 2 Clean pumpkin seeds well and let dry for 24 hours before baking per the above instructions.
