perhaps I can help--you find it in the baking section of your finer grocery stores--it comes in a large sheet/pre-blocked so you can cut off a chunk and melt it.

I use it for choc. covered pretzels and to drizzle on rice krispy treats.

Here in Maine, I only found it in the super Wal-Marts and even some of them were out of stock - others found it in small grocery stores and others in chain stores - baking isle near the chocolate chips usually.

I do the pretzel thing but also use salted peanuts, and peanut butter Ritz crackers. The peanut butter Ritz crackers dipped in the chocolate bark is yummo.
