1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
2 cups oatmeal
2 eggs
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 t. garlic powder
2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
2 t. chili powder
3 lb. hamburger
Mix and shape into 2" meatballs. Heat the following sauce and pour over the meatballs. Bake for 1-1 1/4 hours at 350°
Sauce: 2 cups catsup, 1/2 t. garlic powder, 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
These are absolutely delicious.
