Not sure if this is really a salad but sure looks good to me. If I make it do I have to share?

Cool Whip is frozen whipped topping. Like artificial whipped cream.

Wannabee quiltin. I make the grape salad all the time. http://www.food.com/recipe-finder/all/grape-salad . If the link doesn't work go to food.com and search for grape salad. It is the most popular one. So yummy. I usually cut down the sugar in the dressing by half. Last time i made it I was too lazy to go to the store for more grapes. SO I used half grapes and half granny smith apples. I added some dried cranberries too. They went crazy for it at a picnic.

I first saw this salad at a Pampered Chef show I hosted in 1988. The consultant made this as part of the demo. It is quite tasty.

I make this as a diabetic desert - I use all sugar free items.......... of course there are carbs but can be eaten in moderation.
