Chicken - cuts (prefer thin as it cooks faster, I used 2 breasts, if you have more chicken, add an egg and add more cereal for coating)
1 egg beaten
1 cup crushed cereal - I used Special K, you can use any flake type cereal

Dip chicken in the beaten egg then coat with the crushed cereal ( I used a zip lock bag as in shake n bake)
Bake at 350 till Chicken is done, liquid is clear.

This is a way to have chicken without the oil, that is breaded and juicy.

Hi,
I see you all the time on the QB. I am having a real problem with the board. I cannot see any pictures. I have e-mailed for help and what they sent me did not work. It has done it again. I cannot find the instrutions that they sent me. No one will respond to my e-mails. Do you have any info or any ideas that will help me get the pictures???
I love this board but it is not good with no pictures. thanks so much in advance.

Have made these for years, and they are so good. I have used saltine crackers also. Now I want some--NOW.

Thanks.

This looks like a breeze to prepare but you don't add salt, pepper or any seasonings?
