We've been picking quite a few raspberries lately and I need some ideas for using them. Mostly we just eat them fresh or freeze them for later.

I try to eat healthy, so would love some ideas that aren't loaded with sugar. And we don't really eat jam. But I have a family reunion coming up this weekend so some kind of bars or cake would be great.

    Thanks for any help!

Ooo, maybe I could trade you some for that cute puppy! Is it a Mini Schnauzer? I have a 6 year old black mini.

I recently made a "summer cake" with strawberries and it was so good I remade it with blueberries. Raspberries would be wonderful in it. Go to the blog "smitten kitchen" and find the recipe Strawberry Summer Cake. I cut the sugar by 1/3 and doubled the fruit since I like less sugar too. Was yummy for dessert and again for breakfast! For the blueberry one I put some of the berries in the batter, and noted to next time put most of them inside. The strawberries were great used just on top. If I had raspberries I think I might use half in and half out
