one of the girls at work brought a lovely dessert she called Swedish apple pie. She made it in a 9x13 pan... this is the recipe she gave me.Cover bottom of pan with Granny Smith apples, sprinkle with 1T cinnamon and 2T sugar, Mix 1 1/2 sticks of butter (3/4 cup) , 1 egg, 1 cup flour ,and 1 cup of sugar... Pour on top, bake 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

hope you enjoy too. Quilter 1234
