Hi! Originally I had posted the recipe in the topic section Mexican Wedding Cake but thought those that wanted the recipe might not see it there. Heard Beth Moore talk about her sheet cake on a similucast last year.

Try substituting 3/4 c. peanut butter for the cocoa in the icing. Peanut butter icing on Texas Cake!!!! Woo-hoo!

This is the same recipe I use, but no cinnamon. I make mine in a 11x17 jelly roll pan.

I half the water and use strong coffee for the other half :) sooo good. and the PB in the frosting makes it good too yum! I also use like 1/4c dark cocoa powder in the beginning. I like chocolate :D
