So I was looking for a no-bake cheesecake recipe and all of them called for heavy whipping cream. I of course didn't have that in my house...so I tried to find one that didn't have it in there.
I came across a recipe that actually called for evaporated milk to be used instead of the whipping cream. I was skeptical at first, but it worked like a charm! Was exactly what I needed.
Just use even portion of evaporated milk to an even portion of whipping cream to substitute! It was fabulous!
