Toblerone Fudge

Prep: 5 min
Ready In: 3 hr 10 min
Serves: 25

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (not margarine)
3/4 cup evaporated milk (not 2% or fat free )
1 bar (400 g) TOBLERONE Swiss Milk Chocolate, broken into pieces

LINE 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, with ends of paper extending over sides of pan; set aside. Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large heavy saucepan.

BRING to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

ADD chocolate; stir until completely melted. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Remove fudge from pan, using parchment paper handles. Cut into 25 squares. Store in tightly covered container in the refrigerator.

have never heard of this chocolate can you sub any other choc.

Walmart carries this chocolate, it comes in a yellow triangular shaped box.
I'm sure you could use whatever chocolate you like.

Oh, my favorite chocolate! I lived on these during our trip to Europe. (I'm a pretty picky eater) :lol: I'll have to try this one!

I will have to try this for my Mom. She loves this brand of chocolate as it reminds her of her trip to Switerzland as a child.
