Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Preheat oven to 400 degrees--Bake 30 minutes

Crust: Bring to boil, 1 cup water plus 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)---Remove from heat. Ad 1 cup all-purpose flour, mix well with wooden spoon until ball forms. Let cool 5 minutes. Mix in 4 eggs, one at a time. Spread on greased cookie sheet 10x13 approx. Bake then cool. Filling: Mix 2-3oz. pkg INSTANT vanilla pudding mix according to pkg directions. Add 1- 8oz. pkg of softened cream cheese. Mix well. Pour over cooled crust
Cover with medium container of Cool Whip. Right before serving cut squares-- drizzle with chocolate syup.

Chill untill serving time, best eaten on same day made. We never have many leftovers.

You can calorie it down with sugar free pudding, lowfat cream cheese and fat free Cool Whip if you are use to the taste of these items. ENJOY!
