I am thinking of joining WW. If it isn't too personal . . . anyone else on the board doing WW?

Well, I did and it went really well for a month! I am not good on following diets! But it truly works, my friend already lost 22 lbs in 2 months, counting those points! I don't have good will power!

I follow WW and love it. It really works if you work it. Good luck and have fun with it. Lots of great recipes to make it easier,

You will love it! WW is the only diet that has truly WORKED for me...and I've been on plenty, believe me! It really is more about learning how and how much to eat - a lifestyle. It allows you to "cheat" once in awhile without guilt :) The support system is fantastic and inspiring. And even if you decide to quit attending the meetings, the diet is easy to continue on your own. Go for it and good luck!

I don't have good willpower either so I think going to the meetings will give me the extra incentive I need - at least in the beginning.

sewred - thanks that would be great!

WW isw a great healthy program. I lost 45 pounds and have been maintaining for 1 1/2 years. It really works if you follow it according to the plan. I also go to regular meetings which has been my secret weapon. Good Luck
