What would YOU do with the dozen egg YOLKS you don't use for this cake???

This cake looks really yummy BUT all those leftover egg yolks?? Yikes! I can't just throw them away. lol! Think I'll use a MIX instead of from scratch as mentioned in comments. Hey ! NO FAT... and most EVERYBODY likes lemon.....

Pudding?? Seems I remember you need egg yolks for pudding. As you might guess, I don't cook!

my mom used to make a lot of angel food cakes than with the leftover yolks she would make pound cake

I've made Lemon Meringue Cake before ... delicious!!!!!!!!!!!

There's also a Golden Cake recipe for egg yolks.

Or ... if skip making the angel cake from scratch and use a box mix!
