This is by far the best flourless gluten free chocolate cake ever...even people who don't have to eat gluten free rave about this cake. Enjoy!

Yes! The Gluten Free Goddess is my go-to gal for all things G.F. and philosophical. She is amaaaazing!

check rose birenbaum's "cake bible" for a flourless chocolate cake that is to die for! it consists of melted chocolate, butter, eggs. it is baked in a springform pan in a water bath. it is, indeed, like death by chocolate. it comes out like dense fudge.
