Type this into your search engine to come up with a flourless chocolate cake which is yummy, especially for celiacs. The 'secret' ingredient is pureed ked kidney beans! You need to make this cake ahead of time so that all of the flavours can meld. My DDL made this for our Easter and it was fabulous! And not just for celiacs. There is one of them in the family but there wasn't a slice left after the non celiacs got into it too. Definitely a dessert for every palate.

Here is the link that my DDL went to in order to find this unique cake. If you want to make a white cake, she says you use vanilla and white kidney beans. If anything, you are getting extra fibre which we all need anyway.

I just made a chocolate cake with coconut and BEETS!!! It was really good .
