Thread: ZUCCHINI FRITTERS

ISO of recipe for Zucchini Fritters that I clipped from a Family Circle or Woman's Day magazine in the early 1980's. I have lost the recipe and it was fabulous.

Neighbor just gave me this recipe
2-c. Grated Zucchini
1-c Grated Sm. onion
1-c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4-c AP Flour
1/2-tsp. salt.

Mix together and fry in EVOO....yum yum
