Since then, I have received a few requests from people asking me to explain how to make it, so that's what I'm going to show today.
This knot is very easy to make, but the process is hard to explain with words. So I decided to make a tiny video clip that illustrates it.

You should perform the following steps (it's an explanation of what you are seeing above):
Thread a needle.
Take the other end of the thread and bring it around so it forms a circle.
Press the end of the thread to the needle and wrap the thread around the needle 3 or 4 times.
Pull the needle through until the knot forms at the end.
