I'm looking for Sewing clipart/fonts/icons for writing quilt patterns

I've been asked by our local shop to write the pattern for their Row by Row Experience 2015 pattern.

I can do that, but I'd sure love to have all the nice little graphics like rotary cutter...

In Search of PreWound bobbins for the newer Pfaffs that take the newer J bobbiins

Has anyone used prewound bobbins in the Pfaff sewing machines that take the blue J bobbins. Do you think the standard L prewounds bobbins will work?
