hahaaaa. Of course, you can tell they are not really Irish because they move their arms too much. It took me many years to learn how to move my UPPER body when I danced. Too many jigs as a child.

I make them as well. For weight, I put flax seed in them as well as lavender. Great for a headache or just relaxation. With the flax, they stay on your eyes pretty well.
