I didn't want to put in that much butter either. I use a well trimmed tri tip roast and only half the amount of butter. Sometimes I add some of the juice from the jar of peppers. It's still nummy....

I'm thinking about making a quilt for my husband who is very hard on quilts and bedspreads. So I'm thinking lots of scrappy, medium to dark and bright colors with a ton of quilting.

I just slice up San Marzano tomatoes real thin and sprinkle onion and garlic powder, salt, pepper and herbs on it before putting cheese and other toppings on.
