Thanks everyone. I can just imagine all the dresses, aprons, and curtains that these scraps came from. I knew 2 of the ladies that worked on this, both passed on now. Handquilting it is.

Thank you so much for these ideas! I wanted to add more fabric anyway so that it would be at least a decent sized lap quilt. Any of these options will break up the hodgepodge of these vintage...
