I sometimes use DMC thread to tie my comforters and the thread gets tangled. I read someplace about using a fabric softener sheet to run along the thread. It doesn't tangle. :-) Also a great tip...

I got mine at Walmart - only $5.94. After trying it I wouldn't get anything lighter. As for the strips etc on the ruler I have too many rulers I would have to get them for.:-)
