I expect to celebrate with my family over zoom. Until we have a vaccine and get things under control, we don’t want to risk getting anyone sick. I’m thinking Christmas will be the same.

Have you considered using a serpentine stitch with your walking foot? You could center it on the seams or go diagonally on the white squares only.

This one started out life as a panel. I cut all of them apart, bordered each with a different color and sewed them all back together again. I’m happy with how it turned out.
