I guess I must be old fashioned, too. I like the "outline quilting". It seems to carry the piecing pattern over onto the back very well.

Wonderful! I love "rescuing" the old vintage tops. I've done some myself and I love to see the hand quilting. Not very many people do it anymore. Great job.

I have to agree whole heartedly. "Art" quilts are not my thing. I usually stick to traditional. I have done some applique landscapes. I like those just because I like applique.
