This wouldn't work at Walmart because the checker at the front wouldn't be able to ring it up without the little electronic print-out. You have to enter your code to get that little machine to work.

Since you like the color for your quilt top, this is what I would do, except tear it in 10" strips so you can cut it exact. Tearing it damages the edges so you don't want that to be your final edge....
