reader writer box for embroidery.

I'm needing to purchase a new reader writer box to transfer my designs. Any one have a favorite or any to stay away from. I've had an Ultimate + for years but it doesn't want to work very well now....

Not in Pigeon Forge area but in Franklin Tn there is Stitchers Garden store. I have never seen so much fabric before in one place. It is worth the trip if close to the area.
