I just checked my Wal-Mart; they've got about 700 bolts. It doesn't look like they are closing here....

No sign of my Wal-Mart fabric department closing. If I had to guess, I'd say there's maybe 100 bolts of fabric if not more......plus other stuff.....fleece, batting, fusible, etc... My main reason...

I'd straight stitch it in the ditch from point to point; making "X"s.

I'd put the tension rod through a hanging pocket cut to fit inside the window frame, but sewed on a few inches down from the top, and make the quilt 2 or 3 inches wider on each side and have 2 or 3...

I would leave maybe a 3" opening in the middle of the bottom seam; that way you could pull out the plastic shopping bags from the bottom. Stuff them in the top after the grocery store, pull one out...
