I have arthritis so this was slow going. I decided to quilt the borderd in big stitch. At first I wasn't a fan, but now I really like it. I'm contemplating small applique flowers as an outer border....

Gorgeous!! Very lucky person. I have only been brave enough to make rag quilts from my old jeans. They are very popular combined with the ugly (to me lol) bulldog mascot fabric.
