I have e the 350e also and have had the same problem. Try adding another piece of stabilizer. I have found that works sometimes. Good luck and it's a great machine!

I have the 350e and you need to save the files in the folder "emb5" and then into the "my designs" folder. If you don't do that, you won't see them on the machine. Hope this helps!
