Do a flip and sew. Start with a panel in the center and then add co-ordinating fabrics for each round. When you have it big enough, you just have to bind it.

I bought the same BOM. When I finished the quilt, I had a difficult time finding the backing. I finally found the matching purple fabric at Mardens in Bangor, Maine. It was a lucky find.
