Maybe it's that theory that if you have to ask how much, you can't afford it? :P

Probably it's so that dealers can charge what they want. It is a bit of a pain when you're shopping around, though.

I like having the table lower, because I can put more pressure behind what I'm doing. But it does start to hurt my shoulders after a while.
