carriem - that is gorgeous! I am still auditioning blocks but I think the ribbon border will work for my first round. Getting it cut and sewed is a whole 'nother story. :D

mom-6 - could you use the texans fabric to applique their logo to a 12 1/2 inch block? Then you could use the same fabric for the rounds. I try to avoid applique myself but this was the first idea...
