here is the best site I found...free shipping with only a $20 order! I would go with the 2" x 4" wooden stamp...

you need the Tsukineko ink. They make a permanent ink and you can buy an uninked pad. As for the stamp...good luck..it is really hard to find anyone that makes the rubber stamps any more..I remember...
