Thank you! The pattern is Simplicity 4993. Apparently it is out of print - I searched online for hours and couldn't find one to purchase. Then hubby and I went for a drive to the mountains...

Teddy bear baby quilt

One of our neighbours had a baby girl so we had a baby shower for her. I made this raggedy edged quilt which was a huge hit! They're so much fun to make!
