wow, the case is a mess but it did its job protecting the machine. Look at the little rod for hanging your doll clothes on the upper right! What is the bolt thingy in picture 3?

Are the threaded holes on the underside meant for attaching a base?
It's been a while since I bought the Betsy Ross and cleaned it up, and I forgot about those threaded holes in the bottom. I don't think this machine originally came with a clamp -- it was not...
