That would be a possibility, but the flower loses a lot of it's dimension that way. I started out with the center yo-yo's upside down but liked the look of all the gathers better.

I used the JetSet bottle to draw around for the circle. I also have just folded a square into fourths and then cut a circle freehand which worked fine. I just tried one--it measures 4 inches...
