LOL I found the problem. there were two...

LOL I found the problem. there were two rubber .. or I should say ex-rubber spacers that has basically melted . so I carefully worked it up and then removed most of the rubber. will do more...

thanks.. I will reduce my pics tomorrow when I am on my pc. I removed that screw in front and it still would not flip up. Will look again tomorrow..
