I re-cooked the Pom jelly. I added two more...

I re-cooked the Pom jelly. I added two more teaspoons of pectin and that did the trick, it has jelled already and got tasted too, it is wonderful.

candy, I get my recipes on line. I got rid of all the cook books too lol. I would make the plum butter just like apple butter and I think both can be found on the web.

Pomegranate Jelly?

John brought home 4 large Poms, at 2.00 a piece. I love them but they are just too much effort to eat lol. I decided they would last longer if I made some jelly. I have never made jelly with Poms...
