the niagra powdered starch you have to cook, cool down and dilute. The stay flo is already processed, you just dilute to what you want (the directions are on the lable)...

I paid about 4.99 for it locally. It was pricey but, like I said I try them all. I cant find one on line.... so i've contacted the company for an online retailer and I am waiting to hear back.
