My Father in law had a saying " A man who never made a mistake, never made anything!" I believe that there is no teacher like experience and so long as we learn, a mistake is not a bad thing.

I only use pre wound bobbins on my Brother multi needle machine and wouldn't use anything else. I do wind the bobbins with bobbin fill for my Quattro and Janome MC1000

I have the Brother Quattro 6000D which has the 8x8 hoop as well as the 10x12 hoop. I have had my machine for four years and have the upgrades to it. There is now a later model of the Quattro 2 6700D....
