Well it is the USA Thanksgiving and no call back to my dealer from Pfaff. I have 9 quilts to get done before Christmas`, my dealer said there is nothing she can do. Ask me if I would ever recommend...

I used to deal with that store but not anymore. my dealer has phoned and left messages but Pfaff is not responding. I have tried removing the SD card, unplugging power etc but to no avail.
