I'm almost positive I found it at a JoAnn's store, but it was a while ago. I was going to make some little boy's shirts with it but never did. Hope you can still find it.

Yes, the pattern is quick and easy. Try 8.5" squares of your focus fabric, and two 2.5" strips sewn together, then cross cut into 4.5" segments. Assemble as shown!
